Features of U C P

Member Management

UCP keeps accurate records of the members, with ease of retrieval at any point in time. Other member management functionalities are:

  • Easy and complete KYC capture for new and existing members which includes:
    - Gender capture, Phone number, Address, Next of kin, Guarantor, ID card, Member Photograph, etc.
  • Account opening and closure

Monthly Contribution Management

UCP allows cooperative members to pay and view their contribution in real-time. It also generates members’ monthly contribution template for deduction and credit the cooperative’s account all with a single button click and automatic report computation.

Access to Financing

Cooperative societies and cooperators can now have access to grants and loans from the government and other partners willing to empower the cooperative sector. This is made possible through our partnership with the National Cooperative Financing Agency of Nigeria (CFAN), which is the national body responsible for financing cooperative societies in Nigeria.

Reports

Cooperatives registered on the platform can spool management information system reports some of which are Cashbook, General Ledger report, Profit and loss, Statement of Income and Expenditure, Comparative Analysis of Operating Statement, Financial Statement Of The Year, Statement Of Comprehensive Income, Statement Of Financial Position, trial-balance, ETC.
